Some District Court judge will rule he can’t do that.
Trump needs to just tell the entire judicial system what it can go do to itself repeatedly.
Then he needs to declare martial law and hold the treason tribunals.

Mike Johnson says that the Congress will pass a law limiting the jurisdiction of the district courts; as usual, the Congress will do nothing❗ The Congress should codify Trump's EOs. Just like Trump's first term, the Congress will do nothing.
The Congress has one Constitutional duty: to pass an annual budget. They haven't done that in (what?) - over 20 years?
