I can verify that this is true. In our high school, teachers who were failing a student were called in to speak with the principal. They were pressured to show compassion and to think of the funding it would cost the school... and told they were not teaching well enough.
Quite sad.
Doctors often use superglue to close incisions.
If it won’t knit, consider that. Cuts on hand can be difficult... and very painful.
