They lack a lot of detail about “little things”.
For example—a good restaurant review will identify the best dishes and those that are not so good. It will not offer vague generalities.

Yep, you have to get good at reading between the lines. You can see political nuts, prima donna Karens, tourist city girls from the coasts whining that the small town Mexican restaurant uses lard in the beans or tortillas, or the steak place had NO vegan options etc.
