This kind of research has to be kept from the CCP. Got to put a lid on this as well as other research projects. I'm afraid there's no such capability. The "oversight" necessary to accomplish it is immensely destructive to the creative and collaborative process.
The value of research is one thing; time-to-production is king. That is where our education system is killing us.
