ZERO, not had a cold or flu or any disease causing fever, since I began walking 30 miles every week on a hilly terrain pushing my golf cart, plying 18 holes 5 times every week, after retiring at age 55. Rigorous exercise cured my irregular heart beats, chest pains after eating a good steak dinner, panic attacks, border line diabetic condition, high blood pressure, hip joint pain and lack of energy. Now at age 84 I feel limber enough to learn ballet.
