Again if you and your kid is vaccinated already you have zero worry about shedding that’s why you take the MMR in the first place. It’s not rocket science , if you are not vaccinated to MMR you are the only ones at risk of getting it. Especially after boosters into adulthood.

I'm 68. I grew up in a Navy family. We were sent to many places and I was "vaccinated" for all the usual childhood stuff and more that was tailored for the next destination. In spite of all of that, I had mumps in first grade and rubella in 4th grade. I also got the oral polio vaccine on a sugar cube complete with SV40 contamination at the Pearl Harbor Elementary school cafeteria. A nice family at church infected me with chicken pox at age 28. My 3 sons caught it from me. Fortunately, I was already successfully working from home and didn't miss any of the software delivery deadlines.

I understand the value of vaccines. I disagree with the manner of modern day implementation. There were fewer vaccines and they were spread out when I was young. There are crap "vaxxines" now like the COVID disaster. My background in molecular biology and pathogenic microbiology inclines me to favor the attenuated pathogen/antigen over the mRNA approach.
