**I swore off soda years ago.**

Same here, but more like decades ago. What irritates me is the litter from all the drinks.

I mostly drink water (filtered, from our spring), but daily make a mixed 12 oz glass full of water, 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinager, and 1 tbsp honey. 2 or 3 times a week I have a glass of 2/3 water and 1/3 either POM or OJ. I’m quite content to miss out on fizz.

Water, cider vinegar, and honey is an original New England drink called “switchel”. It was the 1800s equivalent of Gatorade.
