Is the U.S. the only nation in the world with "bird flu"? How about hawks and eagles and crows and sparrows and robins, etc,?

If we are the only nation (or there's only a few) why aren't we looking into sabotage?

Bird flu is all over the world, and there have been waves of it for a long time. And many of the species you mention don’t live in the great, close flocks that poultry farms keep chickens in.
