It should be possible to resist this sort of infiltration with careful screening of just who is permitted to be naturalized as a US citizen. There are oaths to be ascribed to, and the specific duties and responsibilities are to be abided with. Failure to remain within the scope of these duties and responsibilities are grounds for denial or revocation of citizenship, and deportation of the non-compliant applicant.
