The time period in which he reigned (ruling from roughly 1485 BC to 1479 BC) would seem to make him at least a possible candidate for the pharoah who clashed with Moses. Most scholars date the Exodus from about 1400 to 1200 BC.

That’s Thutmose II and, unless he reassigned his gender (as if that were possible), Thutmose was a he.
