James Buchanan is the worst. It is hard to beat causing a Civil War for awful. Second is FDR for permanent damage that continues to this day. 3rd is Taft , for pushing Congress to implement the Income Tax. 4th is Carter for losing Iran and the Panama Canal.5th is Obama for importing Mozlems.Import enough of Mad Moe’s Mafia and your nation becomes merely another sh*ihole country.

How did Buchanan cause the civil war? Did he send a fleet of warships to Charleston with orders to attack them? (Like Lincoln did.)
