JD beat a top-tier candidate in Tim Ryan. Could Vivek beat him?
I can remember when Calif. republicans went for the flash and nominated Wm. Simon Jr., the son of the former treasury secretary and a conservative hero. Simon was awful. Bill Jones could have beat Gray Davis when Calif was more red than purple.
This is going to be an interesting race. I honestly do not know what to make of Vivek. I know l would not want to take him on in a debate. Yost is probably dreading that one.
What did Vivek do to make a lot of money? Did he develop a drug that cured Athlete’s foot or something? Does he still want to bring his friends over from a third world shit hole to make it very difficult for me to find a decent job?
Vivek might be not be a good nominee.
He’s plagiarized Obama’s speeches.
He also bought rights to a drug that didn’t work, ran it to Phase II trials, cashed out and then the drug failed Phase III trials.
If you’re from Ohio you need to look at this carefully.
Will he tell Ohioians that they are lazy slobs?
Vivek would be a huge upgrade over DeWine. He can out-debate any opponent, and he’s great at podcast interviews. Is that enough to actually win the governorship of a major state? We’ll see.
On the positive side, Vivek should receive all the Indian votes in Ohio. /s
But every time I hear him speak I feel like I'm dealing with a time share salesman trying to fast talk me into buying something.
And the arrogance ... never been elected to ANYTHING - city council, mayor, state rep, overseer of elections. Nothing. And now he wants to go straight to the top to be governor?
It’s a smart move on his part. If he wins he’ll be close to par with DeSantis in 2028. DOGE was going to be a 2 year proposition and after that he’s be out of the national spotlight. Republicans like to nominate Governors.
We are Ohioans and we always liked Yost.
Globalist fraud.
