What would work the best is a pill that actually gives you all the gut flora you need.

Yeah, I know there are delayed release probiotics that can make it to your lower intestine alive, but they only contain a small fraction of the different types of organisms you need.

so eat kimchi, sourkraut, kefir, kombucha and now something new. make home made yogurt and dope it with L Reuteri. that bug is getting a lot of press in the longevity community.

Some probiotics are resistant to the stomach acid and do make it to the intestine.

It’s a matter of finding out which ones they are and starting with those.
