Trump APPEALS Corrupt Orders; Impeach the Judges? Left Crushing Itself
youTube ^ | 2/12/25 | Robert Gouveia Esq.

Long commentary by a lawyer.

The burden of which is that while Democrats are exerting ridiculous lawfare efforts against the Trump Administration, Trump’s response is NOT to use executive power to dismiss these cases but - contrariwise - to exert “malicious compliance.”

That is, it is going strictly by the book, meekly filing requests for stays pending appeals. The overreach of these judges is going to stink to high Heaven - and require a 6-3 SCOTUS response AT MINIMUM, and possibly even Democrat-nominated justices as well.

Would doing this also pull them off the case while the inquiry is happening?

if so, might be a good way to side line these tyrants.

Yesterday Anna Paulina Luna recited a long list of long-hidden information she’s been assigned to review and release (JFK, UFOs, etc.).

To get the attention of ALL political parties, and to show PDJT is transparent, she should release the info in two large tranches. Release one group this week, and the other next week. Flood the zone. Shock and awe.

Everyone (almost) will be interested, Trump’s favorables will continue to soar. SCOTUS will have to realize that to rule against him will be a problem.

“so far one hundred Republicans did join the DOGE caucus.”

Yes, I read that yesterday and totally forgot that when I made my comment. Thanks for correcting me.

Even so, maybe the DOGE Caucus is a way for them to show putative support without being very vocal. “Look, Mr. Constituent, I did my part - I joined the DOGE Caucus.” It’s good, but not very strong leadership.

I’d love for my Rep to come out with full throated support for DOGE.

Serious question!
What does impeaching the judge do?
You are not going to get conviction and thus removal from the Senate!

100%. The 2026 elections started on day one of his Administration. This blitzkrieg all has one focus, the destruction and defeat of the Democratic, Socialist machines, not just in 2026 but for decades to come.>>> That is what i have been praying for and if that is what happens it will be for me the only measure of success for the Trump admin.

These lawsuits would be dismissed by the clerks before they would be considered by the justices. There is no standing by any of the plaintiffs in these cases.

Our new Senator McCormack is with Trump 100% so far. He was at the game on sunday and with him last night. Even Fetterman might be for some things. wait and see.

The Trump team is probably collecting sound bites for 2026 house and senate races. Needs to put up ads and pound them relentlessly for the next nearly 2 years. We need to force retirements or flip a bunch of Democrat seats.

Sure—impeaching a judge is an amazing tool to use in the current situation:

1. The House can subpoena documents including all of the judge’s financial records to see if they have a conflict of interest, identity of interest or self dealing involved in their decision. (Hint: In several of these cases the answer is: Yes.)

2. X and other friendly online media will give the proceedings massive favorable coverage so the American people get to learn in detail about the corrupt judge. That will include the Judge’s family, friends, neighbors etc etc etc.

3. This will encourage future judges to think twice about seeking to usurp power from the President with insane rulings.

4. These hearings will also be an opportunity to expose corruption related to the judge’s corruption—giving further exposure to the Democrat gang’s criminal enterprise. Cockroaches scurry from the light.

That would normally be indubitable - but the question is, how many Democrat Senators would be able to stand up against the Constitution and in favor of waste, fraud, and abuse. Especially if SCOTUS were to go 9-0 against the lower-court judgement.

It's amazing how the supreme court can make snap decisions immediately on
issues, other issues, usually President Trump issues can take months, years
for a decision.

You really think you can shame a Ratlander?
With only a 2-seat majority in the House I even doubt you can get an impeachment bill passed

You do what you can.

If only two of my four objectives are met I call it a major victory.

Btw—Democrats do not do well when they are social outcasts. It is not that they can be shamed—it is that they can terrified of being snubbed by neighbors and previous friends.

The way you win is flooding the zone—every tactic at once without second guessing yourself or working too hard to define victory.

Conflict of interest, identity of interest, self dealing has a constituency of less than five percent of the population.

Good luck with that for any judge once fully exposed.

Everybody hates corrupt judges.

Agreed, and even if the courts counter-attack, he should just keep dropping bombs and let the lawyers work behind him.

One person’s “a lot of noise” is another person’s effective communication.

We are winning because the Trump team believes and executes “all of the above”.

“Don’t try that because it is just a lot of noise” is for losers.
