It may be apples and oranges, but this makes me think of Trump’s legal case where payments to his attorney were entered as “payment to attorney” or something like that — which somehow became a felony. There was a data field. It was filled in. It was properly descriptive of the payment. But Trump became a felon because a judge discerned some sort of effort to deceive.

Well, now we have necessary data fields purposely left blank in a blatant effort to deceive. I wonder what the courts will that of that?

The bureaucrat who was in charge of approving disbursements at the Treasury Dept. had not turned down a SINGLE one in the years he held the post and he tried to prevent Musk’s tech experts from even accessing the system he was in charge of.
