I am not understanding
Is she saying that one illegals Ebt card showed a balance of 20,000 or so?
How would a cashier even see a balance?
Not sure I believe that.

Sometimes debit card receipts so show the balance. Would need verification from someone who has experience with EBT cards in Illinois.

Printed on the receipt.

I thought the same. But according to https://www.myflfamilies.com/services/public-assistance/electronic-benefits-transfer-card, in the "Checking Your Balance" section, "The best way to know your balance(s) is to refer to your last receipt."

That's Florida, but I'd be it works the same with Illinois. Especially with many stores using the same few 3rd party vendors for EBT processing.

Receipts have balances on them. If they left the receipt the cashier can see the balance. This was a story about 10 years ago I remember. Liberal media did the prerequisite “fact check” and decided it was fake….which I am sure they will do today. Makes me believe it.

EBT purchase receipts usually show remaining balance towards the bottom of slip.

At the Food Lion I go to the cashiers talk about it all the time. But usually it is in the hundreds or maybe over $1,000 not over $10,000!!!

No. Every word is true. If the illegal alien misplaces their receipt after making a purchase you can see the dual balances remaining on their account printed on the receipt itself. One for cash available, one for food. I have seen these receipts myself, dropped on the floor at WalMart in Tampa Florida. The ones I have picked up out of curiosity had balances remaining of from four- to five-thousand-dollars on the EBT account, which gets replenished every month with taxpayers’ dollars. Are you mad yet?
