A female solo traveller has revealed the one destination she will never visit again.
Sharing to over one million viewers on TikTok, @whereismalikah revealed how she was ‘treated like dirt by other black people in Saint Kitts.’
Introducing the video, she said: ‘You guys love to ask me what the most racist places I’ve been to are, how the racism is in different countries especially since I have lived in and travelled to a lot of countries.

“That’s one pair of really big — boards.”
They HAVE to be !
I think I can see why she is a solo traveler.
That goes triple for actual African immigrants, who are often among the well-educated elites in their home countries. In many cases they come from the dominant and warlike tribes who were never enslaved, and in fact were the captors of the prisoners of war from other tribes that their kings and chiefs sold to the white slavers.
I worked with a doctor from Ghana who spoke of American-born blacks and their culture in terms that made him sound like a Klansman.
I remember going on a servers’ site where they would share their job’s travails. The tips section where they would bitch about cheap tippers, surly customers and celebrities they served. Seemed the pecking order on the tipping scale from top to bottom was white folk and men generally. Women, particularly in groups were toward the end of the tipping scale along with African Americans. So, whether the server was black or white. male or female, their number one preference was a group of white men and holding up the rear was a group of African American women.
By the way, they seemed to be unanimous that Drew Carey was a great customer, a great guy and a great tipper
Been to St. Kitts a few times.....no problems.
The Napa Valley Wine Train had a big “book club” of black women from Richmond, CA take the trip and were loud and raucous. They were asked to quiet down and stop disturbing other people on the train. I guarantee that they intentionally got more loud and raucous just to prove that no one could order them around. They were asked a second time and then when that didn’t work, they were escorted off the train. (Same thing had occasionally happened to disruptive white people.)
The “book club” sued for $11 million, and the Train settled, presumably for a smaller but still substantial amount. The Train subsequently closed and sold out.
While I was in the Navy, I had to go to a 6-week 12 step program due to my weight. In the group was a heavy-set, dark-skinned black woman, with a massive chip on her shoulder. Actually, not a chip but a frigging boulder. I learned I was extremely naive concerning blacks because it was during this time I discovered that there is dislike and racism within the black community. Dark-skinned and light-skinned do not get along, and there is tension among the kinky and straight hair blacks. I also discovered over the years that blacks from the islands or Africa, cannot stand America blacks.
When on a cruise, I make it a point to tip the wait staff, the bartenders, the person who cleans the room. just a couple dollars a day is all it takes. And be friendly with them.
Some years ago, I got cut off in traffic by a black lady. At the next light, I was going to give her a piece of my mind, but she spoke first, in a British accent and apologizing. Very nice-looking woman. Her accent and courtesy plowed through my anger. I was instantly enamored. Politeness and a British accent go a long way.
Was she acting like the typical spoiled, entitled American Negro?
Just asking?
"The travel influencer intimately spoke to the camera, she said: ‘It started at check in, really at arrival of the hotel because when I pulled up there were you know people outside to welcome new travellers, give them a fresh drink and check their luggage and no one offered me that."
Her attitude and manner showed immediately. Service people can see it a mile away and want nothing to do with anyone who will not be nice or tip.
A few years ago I treated my family and out of town guests to a dinner at a nice Italian restaurant. It was a pretty big bill, so I put the credit card on the holder and left a 100 dollar tip. When we got outside the serve came up to me and told me that there was an 18% gratuity built into the bill, and she asked me if I wanted the 100 dollars back. I told her to keep it because it was my mistake.
My first guess was Egypt. I’ve never been but everyone i’ve ever met who has rates it their worst.
When traveling to the Caribbean, it is good to remember that they are on what is called “island time”.
Want your morning coffee? It might arrive in 45 minutes.
NOTHING there is done in a New York Second.
NOTHING.
(Same thing had occasionally happened to disruptive white people.)...
And that’s as it should be
My brother was a Bar manager for years and he would mention that blacks were the worst tippers.
Agree. It wasn’t racism that got the black people kicked out. It was simply bad behavior. But with the prevailing double standard, the white people went peaceably but the black people sued and got a big settlement..
This is very well known but never reported.
I found St Kitts very nice.
St Marten was the best.
Unless you bring a Georgia or Oakland, CA attitude
Like the writer.
There’s a beach?😏
