Ahhh! Such a noble concept, U.S. aid to developing nations. It was started during the Cold War as Kennedy's peaceful plan so these nation's would choose a democratic capitalism over communism. Behind that facade, we see it became the tool for Deep State propaganda and interference in U.S. elections and politics.
