Can’t keep the kids if the parents are sent back and shouldn’t keep the parents if they’re here illegally...it may cause some pain/inconvenience on some of the women and children,

Selling women and children into sex slavery is hardly humanitarian.

The *inconvenience* of being sent back is far preferable than the *inconvenience* of being used as a toy to satisfy some pervert's sex fantasies.

Also, nobody complained about the *inconvenience* when these women dragged their kids to the US.

They'll be sent back by a more convenient and comfortable means.
