There’s nothing like Russia building nuclear capable ballistic missiles that can’t make it out of their own territory. Apparently, an empty bottle of Popov vodka was left inside the missile in an important place.
I know how they feel. I’ve had some of my rockets do the same thing.
Does Russia get their mussiles from the same place Hezbollah gets their pagers?

The Russians need to stop buying their missile parts from ACME corporation.

“Oreshnik” That’s Russian for “hazelnut tree.”
That is an interesting name for a missile, coming from Putin:

How they ‘Hammer’-ed out Washington-Moscow policy
Posted: October 3, 2000
Loutchansky’s name surfaced again last year, when the Washington Post revealed that first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton’s two brothers, Tony Rodham and Hugh Rodham, were involved in a $118 million scheme to grow and export hazelnuts in the former Soviet republic of Georgia. Their partner in the venture was Aslan Abashidze, who said his financial adviser was Loutchansky. Abashidze is a reputed member of a Russian organized crime family.
The Rodham brothers at first balked and then agreed to national security adviser Sandy Berger’s request that they terminate their venture....
Russia, according to what I’ve read, only made 10 of the very complex and very expensive missiles. They likely relied on Western chips and parts as so much of the Russian “modern” arsenal does.
Now having fired off 2, that leaves 8 of the hazelnuts remaining in thier arsenal.
Gulf Coast attempted to acquire an EB-5 visa for a Chinese telecom executive linked to the Chinese government. Zhenjun Zhang, the Huwaei Technologies executive who coordinated with Gulf Coast, was accused by former CIA Director Michael Hayden of "providing sensitive information about foreign communication systems to Beijing," according to one report. Yet Gulf Coast still made a pay-for-visa deal.
One possible explanation: Foreign nationals with green cards can contribute to elections, thanks to a loophole that McAuliffe is currently exploiting to excuse monies he (and the Clinton Foundation) received from Chinese billionaire Wang Wenliang.
Coincidentally, Gulf Coast's Rodham is the godfather of the grandson of Aslan Abashidze, a former official in the former Soviet nation of Georgia, who partnered with Rodham in a deal to export hazelnuts.

If anyone is wondering, this story is a hoax.
No evidence, the only source a ukrainian war correspondant.
Whole Russia seems to be crumbling in rust.
A large part of Russian tax-payers money meant for maintenance of civil and military infrastructure and equipment has been vaporized in Russia’s gigantic corruption machine.
This explains the auto-regression of Russia as a whole right now.
