Actually, I *have* heard about it. Literally everyone I know in California who was in DC during the inauguration came back with the flu. Now, I’m talking about a tiny sample (like a dozen people), and it is cold/flu season, but it does seem curious nonetheless that all of them would get the same thing.

There something going around since Nov. I was sick for about 6 weeks. Flu happens ever year. We just gotten a lot more jumpy about it since the Covid scam

During the 2023-2024 influenza season, CDC estimates that influenza was associated with 40 million illnesses, 18 million medical visits, 470,000 hospitalizations, and 28,000 deaths.

It would be “curious” if they all came down with different things ...

Nothing worse than flying during flu season. All it takes is one person and the whole plane is exposed

My grandson, who did not go to the inauguration, and lives in the SF Bay Area, came home from preschool with the flu last week. He’s over it now, but unless someone in his preschool went to the inauguration (highly unlikely), it’s not from there. Possible, but unlikely.

The a/c on aircraft is a sure way to spread a cold or flu. Kinda like a school or classroom.

Remember too, it was unusually cold in the District of Corruption, so much higher chance of getting the chills or flu.

IF it was a security issue bringing things indoors, I would suspect something more severe than a flu.

It is cold/flu season because no one gets exposed to the rays of the sun because they are all dressed up. Colds/flu are a vitamin D deficiency. My whole family has been taking vitamin D3 supplements for 19 years and have not got flu nor have we taken any type of flu shots. When everyone around us is sick with flu including the Chinese flu or when everyone has colds we do not partake of the malady du jour.

I started on the D3 in 2006 when I was very sick with a normally 3-6 week flu. I had been in bed for a day when I was given a bottle of D3 and instructions to take 900 "units" i.e. 125 mcg of d3 (in tiny 5000 unit gelcaps) per pound of body weight at one time. I did it in the morning and was quite clear of the malady by evening. 1 5000(125mcg) gelcap a day since.
