Kale tastes like dirt. And I think it’s useful as fishing bait for women in their 20s. But I’m married and haven’t tried that.
Kale all by itself is not very flavorful.
My wife buys kale and mixes it in with the other greens and it absorbs the flavors of those greens, so it’s like an amplifier of those pricier greens..............
