“I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price,” Schumer said. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

In his letter, Martin warned Schumer that he takes threats against public officials very seriously.

These major Democrats like Schumer believe they are untouchable and Above the Law - as they continually use lawfare against their opponents.

According to Wiki:

"When a threat is made against a judge, it can be considered obstruction of justice."

Now go get this bas****, as Biden stated: "no one is above the law."

But career prosecutors who have served under presidents of both parties say Martin is politicizing the office and potentially breaking with 50 years of Justice Department policy and practice intended to shield criminal prosecutions from political considerations.

What the Democrats are saying is that if justice is applied to them, that would be politicizing the DOJ.

Sorry guys, that's not how it works.

If justice is to be applied apolitically and fairly—and restored—it also has to be applied to you Democrats.

And, what's dis sh!t:

breaking with 50 years of Justice Department policy and practice intended to shield criminal prosecutions from political considerations.
Can you say "Merrick Garland"?

This is a super max A Bomb!!! Never did these scumbags dream that a little fund raiser theater like publicly threatening a Supreme Court Justice would lead to a “letter of inquiry.”
THIS IS VERY BIG!! If Martin will do this he will do the same the Hakeem for talking about fighting Trump “in the streets.”
These letters typically lead to “come to our office at 9 AM on such and such date and bring your attorney.”
The scum in the media will TRY to smother this news but it won’t work. It will be THE topic in the next press briefing. Those that ignore it will do so at their own peril.

Judges have a lifetime appointment.Schumers remarks can’t be interpreted any other way than as a threat to affect the vote.

The DOJ might need 87,000 IRS agents to help out on this one.

Or one civilian forensic accountant.

It’s almost time for the media to unironically being to howl about this being politically motivated prosecution, and how it’s bad for “our democracy”.
