yes the crystals chain does go up her skirt. Unknown how far though we see 12 crystal or Chakras. The concept of the fist chakra is it starts at the crotch. So the chain if it makes it to her butt or not the point is we see the first one in the dark under her skirt.
That is my take.

I really don't know much about this lady. Travis is her B/f. yeah maybe. The first brake down I used the "First Glance" or what most people would see. Always very generic and easy for the public to understand. Second part is the Mob(Cabal) links which she seems to have connections.
