• Pfizer vaccine safety data from the three-month post-authorization trial was alarming.
o 1,223 deaths attributed to the vaccine.
o 42,086 people injured within 4 days of vaccination.
o 45% of these were between the ages of 18-50 (who were at negligible risk from COVID-19 infection).

Wow. The comments to this piece by Abelardlindsey are things I have been trying to tell the unvaxxed in my circle about, but they think I’m being sensationalist.

“Many companies have remote (work from home) policies. This makes it easy to be sick. It also makes it easy for most people not to know that you are sick. As people come back into the office, that a lot of people have been messed up due to the shots becomes clearer. Many of us are seeing this for ourselves.

What pisses me off in the extreme was when surveyed sometime at the end of ‘21, nearly half the democratic voters wanted to put people like me into camps for refusing the shots. This is something I will not forget (or forgive)”

“Another point, I have always been mildly misanthropic. I am both a libertarian and a misanthrope. In past, I have controlled my misanthropic tenancies by occasionally going out with people to a bar or simply socializing with cohorts, customers, or suppliers. The covid debacle largely ended this for me because I started wondering if the people I’m talking to in a bar or restaurant wanted to put me in a camp three and a half years ago. Since the re-election of Trump and the rise of DOGE, my paranoid is finally starting to go away.”

“This might explain why my boss at my former employer has officially retired from work. I heard this from the electrical guy who used to work with me. My former boss is 66 right now and I assumed he would work for another few years. When I heard this I assumed it might be age discrimination. All of the excitement over the return of Orin Knox (Donald Trump) and DOGE has had me in an optimistic mood for the first time in five years, leading me to forget about the covid drama. This posting as well as Alex Berenson’s of the same subject, has reminded me that it is not over and, instead, is just beginning.

I suspect a fair number of people where I work are medically messed up for this reason. Working from home makes it easy to keep a chronic medical condition under wraps.”

So, what’s going to happen with this Return to the Office craze? We are having a meeting tomorrow to discuss what this means for us.

I am not looking forward to being around chronically sick people who are incubating all sorts of viruses. It’s not as if being unvaxxed is a guarantee I won’t get something.

I imagine having to go into the office, particularly if one has to make a long commute, fight traffic, park in an inconvenient downtown garage, etc. is going to by the straw that breaks the camel’s back for a lot of vax-injured people who are barely holding it together because they can just sleep up until a few minutes before they have to turn on their computer when they are having a day they don’t feel too great. They can then nap right after turning their computer off for the day and not have to leave the recliner or bed they may have been working from that day.

I know I have done this exact thing a few times over the past five years now when I’ve had a migraine, bad allergies/sinus congestion, feel like I’m getting a cold, have a touch of food poisoning, etc., the sorts of things that happen from time to time. But I am sure the vax injured have had more serious issues that have plagued them and made them struggle many days.

So is there going to be a surge in people going out on disability?

Is it going to come down to proving you have been jabbed gives you stay at home privileges? And the more times you got jabbed, the more privileges you get?

You’re not alone. I heard a phrase recently that completely describes what I’m feeling - moral injury. To know that the tacit social bonds we all took for granted were not only broken, but were found to be quite weak in the face of challenge, was jarring to me. To know that there were many people THAT I PERSONALLY KNOW who would have helped to hold me down and forcibly jab me isn’t anything you can easily forget. As you noted, still others would have been okay with sending us off to a camp until we caved.

The enormous betrayal by society has only recently hit me and has left me enraged. The medical profession betrayed us, health authorities betrayed us, our governments betrayed us, the population who wanted us in camps until we were jabbed betrayed us, and even the people who were ambivalent betrayed us by not explicitly supporting our rights to bodily autonomy. That understanding changes a person and not for the better. I’m more cynical, less trusting, and less inclined to give people the benefit of the doubt when faced with a choice between taking a charitable point of view about their words/actions and deciding they’re dumbasses.

I don’t want to be this way and I’m resentful that outside forces have changed me. And I don’t know how to get the old me back. I don’t think it will ever happen without an open acknowledgement of what they tried to do to everyone and a commitment to never do it yet a third time. Right. I’m so cynical now that I know for certain there will be a third attempted holocaust once enough time has passed.

You’re definitely not alone, CTC. Sorry for the rant. The people here are the only people who actually get it.
