“swordandsolas” reminds me of the Calvinist “5 Solas”:
by grace alone,
thru faith alone,
in Christ alone,
by the Scriptures alone,
to the glory of God alone.
I’m confused.
The “solas” are Lutheran; and there are 3.
Calvin had “TULIP”.
Calvin did not teach Grace and Faith alone.
He taught that all people had a “spark of goodness” with which the Holy Spirit kindles faith in the regenerate.
