If she’s NOT capable, get rid of her. Better yet, don’t her in in the first place.

This female agrees. I have always hated feminism. They put inept women in places and say we must “let her play”. I am all for smart and qualified women, but the numbers game just degrades us. We can earn it on our own. If we can’t, dump us. But end the numbers for gender and race.
