Trump can do what Andrew Jackson did to Chief Justice John Marshall and simply ignore the ruling. The judge would issue a contempt citation for Trump which would be enforced by Federal Marshalls who report to the Attorney General. The AG would ignore the contempt citation which would cause the judge to issue a second contempt citation against the AG -- who would ignore it again.

This would put the whole mess in the hands of the House of Representative who could remedy the situation by impeaching the President. The case would then go to trial in the Senate.

A better way would be to go to the Supreme Court which would overturn the judge's decision because the decision is patently absurd.

All of those steps involve setting aside Constitutional Executive Authority to await the decision of another branch of government.

Trump needs to re-take that high ground and press forward.
