Note the photo of an older executive stable plane.
These are not equipped with the signals capability of an E4-B or P8.
The "route" as tracked, suggests the plane is actually a signals gathering plane.
I suspect it is actually a P-8...which is built on the same airframe (L4J) as the 747.
