New York Post reports President Trump will sign an executive order today on the combatting of antisemitism, including the deportation of noncitizens who break the law during anti-Israel protests.
US President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order today (Wednesday) instructing federal authorities to act to combat antisemitism, including by deporting antisemites who commit criminal acts, the New York Post reported.
According to the report, the order will give federal agencies 60 days to present plans to deal with antisemitism in places such as college campuses. It also calls for the deportation on non-citizens who commit illegal acts while protesting against Israel in the aftermath of the Hamas massacre of October 7, even if they have student visas.

I don't think this will survive 1A scrutiny for deportation, but he may have other options.
Nope
There been laws on the books against terroristic threat for decades that have never once been overturned by the SC
Contrary to this rather common myth about the 1st Amendment, it does not give you the right to be immune for consequences of your speech. This is especially true for non citizens who are here based only on our grace
[[Love the sentiment....but does non-citizenship remove right to free speech ?]]
I think perhaps even if it doesn’t remove the right, it does go along way towards revealing the character of those that we graciously allow to study here, and if they are going to prove to be buttheads, and break our laws, then perhaps they should be denied the privilege
SWEET!
Hopeful, but ....
Nope
Contrary to the popular mythology the 1A does not allow you to engage in terroristic threats
Host governments can revoke visas for any reason any time they want. There is no right to reside in our country simple because you want to.

Again I am not a lawyer and can only look at the issue with what I think is good common sense. While I personally don’t think that guests should have a right to assemble and demean any group, or rather, perhaps they do have the right to do so, but we have the right to deport them if they choose to be pukes.
See post 26- he mentions that people do not have the right to engage in terroristic threats- common sense says that this is how it shou,d be, and those that do so should be deported. I think perhaps the law would agree, but I don’t know-
Am in favor of deporting you off this site for supporting anti American tyranny.
Its called freedom of speech and if this forum supports it.
I would say it is as close to defamatory talk as anyone posted in a while
Host Governments have the right to revoke visas at will. There is not 1A issue here
I revize my post and say it “should be agaisnt the law”- terroristic threats i mean, and those committing it should be deported
too bad this is only for noncitizens or some freepers here like hardspunned, woodpusher, angelino97, wastedyears, and a few others might be eligible for deportation!

then again, they would have to actually reside or be in America - which many of them are not.
There are foreign anti-semites, maybe here on visas, who knows? They need to go. Americans, however much it is disliked, have the right to protest against Israel.
(I’ve mentioned that the best way for evil to take hold is to get Trump back in)
The BEST way?
Did you happen to notice Democrats Barack Hussein Obama and Joe Biden?
Kamala Harris?
Do/ should non citizens, legal vistors, have a “Right” to assemble and protest against, anything?
—
No. Nada, nope, definitely none.
I am on your side with the deportation of non-citizens from the USA who get political, Wildcard Redneck🙂
I wish we had a similar law over here…
And to Mr. Jaysin, I think it’s as another participant in this thread has said: antisemitism is a dreadful, vile point of view, absolutely, no doubt, and I am absolutely disgusted by it.
Still, it is free speech - which many countries have never known and still do not have it - that has made America great, and that includes speech which is absolutely horrendous.
Yes, hateful speech is painful, but it is free speech, and as such it is enshrined in the Constitution 🙁 And rightfully so.
Furthermore, it lets you know who your enemies are, as soon as they have spoken. If you know this, and as vile as their views may be, at least they cannot, under any circumstances, deceive you or pull the wool over your eyes ever again. An enemy is often less dangerous when he carries his colors openly.
I would just revise my post to say that most speech is prot3cted, but some isn’t, like the poster said, terroristic threats are not protected speech, and those making them should be deported. Antisemitism is vile, but not illegal, but it can and does cross the line to il,egal terroristic threats especially during palestinian protests, adn those foreigners that do so should lose the privilege of being here. Maybe there is another angle I haven’t considered, but I think this is the position to take on it.
I hear ya.
Unfortunately you and I didn’t bankroll Trump’s two terms.
sorry you are getting your PANTIES in a wad over nothing.
yes, i was trolling some of the active antisemites who ruin this site
yes, the antisemites have their rights to free speech. They also have the right to get called out for their blind anti-semitism. If your pu**y is too soft to handle it........
it’s beyond amazing that you can’t see the sarcastic nature of my comment. it’s dolts like you who prove that the quality of this site has withered down a lot...........
