Love the sentiment....but does non-citizenship remove right to free speech ? I don't think this will survive 1A scrutiny for deportation, but he may have other options.

Contrary to the popular mythology the 1A does not allow you to engage in terroristic threats
Host governments can revoke visas for any reason any time they want. There is no right to reside in our country simple because you want to.

From the article:

So, essentially, it's just another reason to boot problem "immigrants" out of the country. Green card holders who commit other non "anti-semitic" crimes can also have their residency revoked, so why not get rid of the ones who break stuff during protests.
That said, I think it is ridiculous to have special groups that can't be criticized.
