Colombia’s leader, President Petro, says his country will not be party to President Trump’s mass deportation plan — which includes flying migrants to their home countries from America — unless there is “dignified treatment” for those migrants. Mr. Petro is just the latest left-wing Latin American head of state to push back against Mr. Trump’s signature immigration policy.
In a statement posted to X on Sunday, Mr

>They are always standing around with their hand out but never get their countries under control...they expect Uncle Sam to be a sucker for ever!!!
Once upon a time we sent people back regularly, conducted these sort of raids at least in response to tips, etc. Genesys wrote a song “It’s no fun being an illegal alien” (typical leftist blather, but the point being there actually was enforcement)
Then the dems passed, and Reagan signed (nobody’s perfect) the 1986 amnesty bill that yes, established required citizenship checks by employers which are obviously bypassed all too often, but also granted mass amnesty to anyone here before 1982.
Ever since nobody takes us seriously, and why would they?
We don’t (until just now) send people back, we don’t go after employers, and the hordes of invaders enter expecting Zero or Brandon or someone to pass Amnesty 2.0 and make them all permanent voting residents.
You’re right! They fly soldiers on those. Ha. They are lucky we don’t push them out
OK.
Colombia, YOU provide the aircraft and crew to retrieve the human detritus that we are expelling.
Enjoy the suck, pendejos!
Nice little country you have there. BE a shame if something happens to it.
Isn’t it up to Petro to assure dignified treatment when they arrive?
Make Columbia come pick them up.
😆👏 Perfect!
I had to.
I suppose PDJT will place a large tariff on coffee from Columbia. That’s OK. I can (maybe) live without it.
...matching the dignified way they walked north and broke US law.
Brazil received $60 million from the U.S. in 2022. It's likely they received similar amounts in 23 & 24.
It will be interesting to see what Trump does about this.
Nope not one red cent! If they won’t allow our planes to land on their airport simple solution dump them on the beach. And let them walk all the way home! Problem solved!
For countries that border an ocean, why aren't we using ships to transport the illegals? I believe it would be more cost effective compared to planes. Ships could be escorted with U.S. marines should there be any resistance to our landing the illegals.
Okay, we’ll serve ‘em tea on the bus outta here.
“dignified treatment” just means Trump won the argument and they can be sent back”
I agree. He’s buckling. He will have to accept the fact that dignified treatment to Trump means they will get an extra bag of peanets on the flight home and like it
Trump is a plain spoken man. He might very well get on the phone and tell El President Petro to just stick in his ass, the flights are coming and will be landing.
HE can send his planes.
EL PASO IS pick up point
