"Women good, men bad" is the null hypothesis of the family court system, that considers men to be nothing more than wallets with two legs.
Here in California. That is not what we are experiencing with my daughter’s divorce! Total BS…they go above and beyond to protect the Dad. He broke her wrist during visitation exchange, even with DVRO in place and law enforcement and court did nothing. (This cost her over $1200 in medical expenses and she never could afford the physical therapy).
He is heading toward $25K in child support unpaid that does not include health insurance and sharing in costs for the kids sports or other activities. He will pay a $300 payment every other month when his court ordered support is $1200 for two kids. Try to support two kids on that….she had to move in with us and she works full time in sales. We are their backup. Her Ex is too busy working under the table to hide his income, taking river trips, buying new vehicles and going to pricy concerts. Pretty much disgusting!
My hubbie has serious health problems and dealing with all of this complete bull has taken a toll on both of us. Ignorant comments add to the lie.
