There was a post here a couple days ago that said Anna Wintour did exactly that. She told Bezos that his bimbo couldn’t attend an event she was having unless she was dressed appropriately. IIRC, Wintour actually said she had to approve the outfit.
Melania should’ve had her staff pass that message on to Bezos pre-inauguration.
(It was a beautiful dress — although it could’ve been a couple inches higher at the top.)
