Exactly what would you convict him for?

His job included making the military combat ready.

A reasonable man at the time could have thought Covid vaccination was proper. An enemy might be able to place Covid patients where wind would blow virus particles into the noses of our military personnel.

Refusal of a direct order by the president. He admitted he ignored his order to get the national guard to dc.

He personally and without any evidence removed Commander-in-Chief Trump from the chain of command on J6 and refused to restore order at the Capitol.

He swore to tell China what Trump was up to militarily.

Believe he has already admitted he held secret talks with the Chinese government to tell them he would countermand attack orders by Trump. THAT would qualify as treason in my book!

Communicating with the CCP counterpart and telling him that he would call him if Trump planned a military action.

He actually told him.

That means be betrayed his country and directly would tell the enemy where and when US servicemen would be so they can be murdered. (I use murdered instead of killed because of Milley, not because of or to, enemy forces. That is war and then “killed” would be the right term.)
