I think that how dangerous this law is may lie in the nitty-gritty of its language, but I too have some concerns about it.
It's not "TikTok Ban" law.
Instead it's "Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act".
The language is there to give the Feds the discretion they need to ban any app or website as long as it's associated with a "foreign adversary".
And it's okay with the SCOTUS.
