My daughter and hubby have a place in Cape Cod...so they bring me plenty of fish...Sea bass is my favorite...but nothing is even close to walleye.
I hear you! I usually buy frozen cod, which is a poor substitute for walleye, but has a similar texture. Around here, catfish is king, but I don’t care for it; the texture is off, imho.
