I never had any trouble getting it right off the shelf at TSC...no questions, but I live in a semi-rural area, so it would be routine for people to buy the stuff.
Three years back when info was coming out about how effective IVM was treating Covid, TSC started locking up the stuff. I would run up to a feed store in a more rural area...no problem there at all. On the shelf.
