While it doesn’t have the highest homeless RATE in the nation, Kalifornia has, by far, the largest homeless population - I guess maybe some of them wanted to try for the rate record too - BTW - Kalifornia has the highest poverty rate in the Nation - some records - riiight?

Homeless rate in percentages puts Kalifornia 4th after a few other Blue States but in raw numbers, Kalifornia is 1st.
Poverty rate is in percentages - at something like 13.6%
