Article doesn’t say what that is. I’m not looking for opinions on what that is. I’m looking for the article to state what they claimed. Is it in there?
None of them resides in Palisades.
I think the common trait is that they all come in from different parts of town. Not that that’s so surprising. I wouldn’t expect people who live in the Palisades to try to burgle and loot their own neighbors. They are either homeless people or they are opportunists from different parts of town.
