In a former life many years ago, I used to build prototype electronic equipment. This tool was used to make a punch mark so a regular drill bit could gain traction to make a hole to mount front panel controls. Sorry to see this repurposed as a burglary tool.
Meh. Cops, firemen, EMTs carry them as part of their kit. Good for breaking auto glass.
