Spray bottle filled with water, set to ‘stun.’ After you quirt them a couple of times while they’re on the countertops, it usually breaks them of the habit.

However, unless you man your post 24/7, they’ll be up there during the night. ;)

Yeah, you’re right. We’ve done that before, need to start doing it again. Charlie WILL listen, but the old water bottle works great. We will miss them when our daughter comes and gets them, but my wife will be able to put her knick knacks out again…
