Preliminary results show how Pacific Palisades voted in the 2024 general election.
Former President Donald Trump won a second presidential term after defeating Vice President Kamala Harris last Wednesday. The Democratic candidate won all of California’s 54 electoral college votes, while also having a stronghold across LA County (save for a few precincts in the Beverly Hills and Glendale areas), according to data reported by the Los Angeles Times.
Ballots cast in the five voting precincts that largely constitute the Palisades (9005918A, 9005919A, 9005929A, 9001382A, 9007693D) overwhelmingly went to Harris compared with the now President-elect and independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (who threw his support behind the Republican nominee in late August.)
Of the 11,151 votes cast from those precincts, 71.17% went for Harris, while Trump and RFK Jr. received just 27.75% and 1.08% of the Palisadian vote, respectively.

I do not care so long as they don’t accelerate buying in Arizona to foul up the state like they did LA
Exactly what they’re doing/will do....and, Nevada, too.
expel the people ... keep the land ...
As much as I’d like to “ha ha” them, my own precinct when 73% Harris / 24% Trump, so I’m in no position...
Your are correct, MM. There was also some hanky panky with the vote count as I recall. I lived in B1 Bob's district during that fiasco.
I bet A LOT of them regret voting for Harris after they lost EVERYTHING
Ive heard for years the ONLY way California will ever go red again is for CA to hit rock bottom, perhaps we have already hit it
They continue to prove THEY ARE,STUPID.
Good place for a MAGA rally.
Dornan was elected in the district bordering Santa Monica Bay in 1976. I worked on that campaign, mainly in Venice and Santa Monica. He served three terms there before the district’s boundaries were moved inland, turning it blue. He later moved to Orange County.
You know... that rings a bell
They got the government that 2/3rds of them deserved.
One third did the right thing and got taxed and burned.
When Reagan took office as governor, California had two Republican senators, although Bob Kuchel was what we would today call a RINO, and LA had a Republican mayor, Sam Yorty, who was well to the right of most Republicans.
No, the last Republican Representative for that district (32) was
Craig Hosmer: January 3, 1963 – December 31, 1974
I’m certain Pacific Palisades also voted overwhelmingly for Gavin Newsome. While Newsome and LA Mayor Karen Bass will lkely be political casualties of the fires,I expect Pacific Palisades will continue to vote Democratic.
Yes, held his seat in the 27th district in 1976 with 55% of the vote.
He needs to just the opposite. He needs to scorch-earth Newsom, Bass and the Democrat party and prove to those in California how much better his policies are than the ones that have resulted in Los Angeles burning to the ground.
California might not go red but several Congressional seats will.
You get what you vote for!
Uhhh NO! They will still be voting communist/dem forever.
Don’t forget the Paradise fire also.
They’ll vote Democrat again.
