Wondering other people’s opinion.
That’s crazy.
But... check out Wilson Pickett’s version of “Hey Jude”

(And, yes, he’s not a “Motown” artist, but this is a great take on the song.)
I don’t know whether to be amazed that this can be done, or terrified that the technology allows it to be.
Crazy good, is what it is. Bands have been made obsolete already, now it seems composers and arrangers may be next.
My favorite version of “Yesterday” is by Ray Charles.

Ahh. No.👎
Don’t care for it, and in my opinion, this sort of thing should be made illegal (copyright infringement) unless permission is granted by the owner(s).

yeah. AI don’t quit your day job.
Doesn’t work for me. But hey whatever floats your boat.
Listened to two selections: “Taxman” and “Got to Get You Into My Life”.
Beates originals - two distinctly different pieces of work.
AI/Motown - not so much.
Not surprised. There was a similar AI generated album recently by the “AC/DC’s” where they put late 50s/early 60s music and vocals to AC/DC lyrics.
That’s an ABOMINATION!

It’s terrible. It utterly misses the point and fails at matching the emotional context. Take “Good Day Sunshine,” which one could easily imagine as a Motown song, yet the AI blows the chorus from the start, doing it completely wrong and awkwardly. Barry Gordy could have made that a #1 in his sleep.

Makes me cringe!
