Pacific Palisades lies North of Santa Monica and South of Malibu, with the Pacific Ocean and Will Rogers State Beach on its southern boundary. The Western boundary is located in the Castellammare area at the J. Paul Getty Museum. The Northeast boundary is at the periphery of the Riviera Country Club. The Northern boundaries are provided by the picturesque and rugged Santa Monica mountains.

Back in the 90s a bunch of people had to relocate from the Alameda California area to where I am in north Florida......I saw a few pics of some of the houses they sold before moving......cracker boxes was the word that came to mind but they sold for absolutely STUPID money.....so much so, one couple was able to purchase a home in a country club here.
$1,400 a square is absolute insanity.
Where I’m at it’s closer to 200 a square foot.....so basically what that demonstrates is the difference between sanity and INSANITY.

Apparently it has its “bad” part of town. I found one going for only $899,000
