How 'bout homacide? Of course Biden might award him the 'citizenship medal"? Better contact Cardinal McEvolvi or Pope Francis to insure his safety.

I could be wrong but I don’t think there have been deaths associated with this particular fire. Of course, if that was the case, they could charge him with felony murder
