Not tension with, tension towards.
1- When DJT came in he shook hands with Mike Pence, who was in the row behind him. He also shook hands with everyone else.
2- When the Clinton’s came in, right before harris/biden, I did not see them shake hands with anyone. obama certainly did not shake hands or acknowledge them.
