Pretty worthless article, unless one dives deep into the actual research papers (which I don't have time to do at the moment).

• What is a "cup"? 5 oz? 8oz? 12oz? 16oz?
• What is the caffeine level associated with "one cup"? 40mg? 80mg? 120mg?
• Is the harm from the caffeine or from the coffee bean in toto?
• What about decaf (not that I would drink the dreck)?
• What about caffeine pills like No-Doz or Vivarin?

Yawn.

You could say it is a correlational analysis which does not show cause and effect.
