It’s one thing to be a ‘contrarian’ when Democrats are running the show. It’s another to defy the popular leader of your own party. And defy Trump he did, time after time. (But in a good way, from the right, not from the left like Liz or Kinzinger.

It's the Libertarian disease. Don't know what they're doing when they hurt republicans. He should let Trump deal with Johnson. The GOP grew a spine under Trump. It was not enough for this grandstander.
So who should replace McConnell? Pray he lives 2 more years because the democrat gov. will play his own shenanigans with the replacement pick should the turtle croak.
Agreed. His petulance is wearing thin.
Like you, I’ve pretty much had it with McCain Jr. Generally when someone claims to be ‘conservative’, but has to keep explaining why he keeps voting with the Left - he’s not ‘conservative’.
If he claims to be Libertarian, then why didn’t he run under that ticket, rather than cost us a Republican seat?
Massie has stood alone when it comes to spending trillions of dollars.
President Donald Trump can intimidate his enemies on border security and law and order in general not to mention other matters.
I would appreciate that power of intimidation used on wasteful spending but we just haven’t gotten there yet.
It’s Thomas Massie that calls that out consistently challenging all of the business-as-usual politicians or MAGA politicians etc. etc. to stop the spiraling national debt.
Thune has already been chosen.
He’s a Representative, not a Senator.
There’s not that much daylight between Libertarian and Liberal.
Massie is despicable. People need to stop lionizing his fake “courage” and ‘principles.” It’s all nonsense. He acts like a paid agent for the far left. Destructive, just like endless LP idiots who put Democrats into office for decades by derailing the GOP candidates.
The Kentucky Legislature stripped the Governor of the power to appoint a replacement Senator.
You are joking, right? The GOP controlled the the House 2 of Trump's years and then 2 of Biden's years they signed off on every Continuing Resolution, "emergency" bill and military spending bill. They have funded the Ukraine war, the Gaza war, the spying on US citizens, the COVID regime, the censorship regime, Planned Parenthood, the immigration invasion, etc... They own all of it.
If instead of having only 1 Massie in the party, the GOP had 200 Massies in the party, they would have been able to stop all of that.
Your party is a bunch of Globalist, oligarch worshipping, self interested tyrants.
Attention ‘ho.
Do anything for the press.
Just like the Kardashians except he has body like Bluto.
some have pointed out his hypocrisy
namely voting for mccarthy for speaker
BTTT
Share more values with Massie than with almost any Democrat and a goodly number of Republicans. The problem is that there no longer exists within America a clear consensus of decent, common values. Massie is no fool. He realizes that by refusing to compromise with absurdity, he can only be “voice crying out in the wilderness”. Yet while he may be an annoyance to the “politics is an artful compromise” crowd, the country needs people like him in public office.
He is even against disaster relief without spending cut offsets...for every state except Kentucky.
He’s withstood the test the business as usual crowd always tries to primary him.
Massie is a fearless patriot. Get off his ass.
Or he could be a do nothing. What is wrong with you?
Representative Massie, a successful inventor and a brilliant MIT graduate, is one of the very few in the House of Representatives who passes Einstein's test of insanity.
He does not believe that we will get a different result this time. I believe we must believe because we have no other option but to loyally follow our standardbearer.
