Authorities just shut down all state and US highways in northeast and north central Kansas including I-70 all the way to Missouri. The roads are pretty much impassable at this point. Missouri is suffering from widespread power outages. The storm will continue to move east bringing both rain, sleet and freezing rain. In Kentucky, the snow has now changed to ice so they can expect power outages.
